Arrangements for Term 4, 2021
SuniTAFE campuses remain closed and remote learning continues for the beginning of Term 4 as per Victorian Government directions for TAFEs and training organisations.
The Victorian Government’s Roadmap to reopening indicates that a return to campus for fully vaccinated students will be possible when the 80% double vaccination target is met.
In the meantime, most of our courses continue with remote delivery. Students in remote learning who require materials and resources from campus can arrange with their teachers for a click and collect type system. This appointment-only, contactless collection of printed resources service is available from Mildura and Swan Hill campuses. Students requiring these will be contacted directly to arrange a time to collect.
Some courses in health fields and for apprentices working for an authorised provider may continue to be delivered on campus via an exemption. Students in these courses should liaise with their teacher regarding plans and schedules for their classes and obtaining a permit to study from campus.
Any student visiting a SuniTAFE campus must wear a face mask while indoors and outdoors, unless holding an exemption and check in using the appropriate QR codes for room or building they are visiting on campus.
SuniTAFE staff continue to work remotely to deliver training where possible and perform administrative functions such as processing enrolments and answering enquiries by phone or email.
