Pathways

Students who have completed the Certificate III in Business could further their studies with enrolment into areas such as Certificate IV in Business, Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or Certificate IV in Accounting.

Course Delivery

This course is completed via traineeship where you are employed in a business and learn a broad range of business skills in the workplace and via study. Your training will be supported by workplace visits, emails and phone calls from your trainer. Intakes are ongoing throughout the year and can start as soon as you are employed.

Entry Requirements

Legislative requirements with respect to age may apply. Must be employed under the Australian Apprenticeship Scheme, this course is targeted at study in the workplace. At the commencement of the traineeship, the trainee and employer will be required to sign a training agreement which specifies the duration and type of training arrangements entered into and comply with Institute requirements. Each student will undertake a Pre-Training Review before enrolling to help confirm the proposed course is suitable. It will provide valuable information about an individual's existing skills and knowledge, language, literacy and numeracy skills and whether the course will help in achieving learning and/or employment goals.
